Abhishek Bhatnagar has recently been appointed as Deputy General Manager at Haldiram Snacks Pvt. Ltd., Noida. This new role marks a significant milestone in Abhishek’s impressive career in the food and hospitality industry.

Before joining Haldiram Snacks, Abhishek served as Plant Head/Operations at Cremica Food Industries Limited, Noida, where he was responsible for overseeing plant operations and ensuring production efficiency. His career includes valuable experience as a Manager at Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd., Noida, where he contributed to the growth and success of the company.

Abhishek’s expertise in the bakery sector was honed during his tenure as National Bakery Category Manager at LOTS Wholesale Solutions, Delhi NCR, and as North Region Head for Bakery & Prepared Food at Aditya Birla Retail Limited, Delhi. His role as Bakery Chef at Aditya Birla Group further showcased his skills in the culinary arts.

Starting his career as a Chef at prestigious establishments such as ITDC Ashok - Alliance Hotels, The Ashok Hotel, New Delhi, and InterContinental Hotels & Resorts, Delhi, Abhishek gained a solid foundation in high-quality food preparation. He also completed an internship in Bakery & Confectionery at the Indian Habitat Center.

Abhishek Bhatnagar holds a B.A. Degree and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (Human Resource Management) from Delhi Institute of Hotel Management. He also earned a Masters of Business Administration, which complements his extensive industry experience.
