Ajinkya Patil Takes on Senior Role as Senior People & Culture Manager at Radisson Blu Plaza Resort & Convention Centre Karjat

Radisson Blu is pleased to announce the appointment of Ajinkya Patil as the Senior People & Culture Manager at Radisson Blu Plaza Resort & Convention Centre Karjat. This new role marks an exciting chapter in Ajinkya's extensive career in human resources and organizational management.

Ajinkya Patil brings over a decade of experience in the hospitality and finance sectors. Prior to joining Radisson Blu Plaza Resort & Convention Centre Karjat, Ajinkya served as the Associate Director of Human Resources at Radisson Blu Resort & Spa Alibaug. In this position, he played a critical role in managing the HR department's operations, including recruitment, payroll, compensation, performance management, and statutory compliance. His responsibilities also extended to employee lifecycle management, grievance handling, and maintaining up-to-date HRIS records.

During his tenure at Radisson Blu Resort & Spa Alibaug, Ajinkya also held the role of Human Resources Manager, where he was instrumental in implementing HR business plans, managing employee engagement activities, and overseeing legal matters in consultation with top management. His contributions as the Presiding Officer of the POSH Committee and custodian of CSR initiatives further showcased his commitment to fostering a positive and compliant work environment.

Ajinkya's career began in the finance sector with roles at P. M. Naik Constructions and Axis Bank, where he developed foundational skills in business development and finance. These experiences provided him with a solid understanding of organizational dynamics and stakeholder management.

Ajinkya Patil holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Studies with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from the University of Mumbai. His academic background is complemented by his involvement in cultural activities during his studies, reflecting his well-rounded approach to both professional and personal development.
