The Marutinandan Grand Nathdwara has welcomed Ajoy Karan as its new Operations Manager. With a strong background in food and beverage management and hospitality operations, he brings valuable expertise to his new role.  


Before joining The Marutinandan Grand, Ajoy served as Food & Beverage Manager at Hotel Lakend, Udaipur, where he was previously the Assistant F&B Manager (HOD). His career also includes leadership roles such as Restaurant Manager at Chunda Palace, Udaipur, and F&B Executive at Marriott International, Chennai.  


Ajoy’s experience spans across renowned luxury hotel brands, having worked as F&B Team Leader at The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts, Chennai, F&B Captain at Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group – Park Plaza Bengaluru, and Bartender at The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts, Bengaluru. He started his journey as an F&B Associate at Sun N Sand Hotel, Nagpur (now Le Meridien – Marriott International) and completed his industrial training at ITC Hotels, Aurangabad.  


He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism and Hospitality Service from Utkal University of Culture and has further honed his expertise with certifications from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust.  


With his extensive experience in hospitality operations and F&B management, Ajoy Karan is set to enhance guest experiences and drive excellence at The Marutinandan Grand Nathdwara.
