Before joining Park Plaza Jodhpur, Amit served as Food and Beverage Manager at Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited, where he was instrumental in managing high-end dining operations, ensuring the seamless execution of events, and enhancing guest satisfaction. His proactive approach to improving operational efficiency contributed significantly to the brand’s success.
Amit’s career also includes pivotal roles as Restaurant Manager at both Ramada Darjeeling and Hotel ITC Fortune Park Galaxy in Vapi. In these positions, he demonstrated exceptional leadership, driving restaurant service quality and customer satisfaction. His expertise in managing restaurant operations and creating memorable dining experiences earned him accolades from both guests and his peers.
He further honed his skills in the role of Food and Beverage Executive at Cygnett Park Di-Arch, Lucknow, where he oversaw multiple facets of the food and beverage department. Amit’s responsibilities ranged from managing teams to crafting beverage menus, and his versatility made a lasting impact.
In addition to his management roles, Amit has also excelled in bartending. As the Head Bartender at Best Western Plus Levana in Lucknow and Park Plaza Jodhpur, he brought creativity and innovation to beverage service, elevating the bar experience for guests. His early experience as a Guest Services Associate at Radisson Blu Alibaug further shaped his hospitality career, giving him an in-depth understanding of customer satisfaction.
Amit’s career journey began with industrial training at Manas Lifestyle Resort, Nasik, where he learned the essentials of hotel management and guest services. His educational background includes a Diploma in Bartending from IBOM New Delhi and a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from SAMS IHM, which equipped him with the technical knowledge and expertise to excel in the food and beverage industry.
