Amit Srivastava Assumes Role as Resort Manager at Sterling Holiday Resorts Limited

Sterling Holiday Resorts Limited has announced the appointment of Amit Srivastava as its new Resort Manager. With a rich and diverse background in hotel operations and management, Amit brings over a decade of expertise in leading hospitality teams and delivering exceptional guest experiences.  

Before joining Sterling Holidays, Amit served as the Operations Manager at Spree Hospitality in Sikkim, where he played a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operational efficiency. His tenure as Unit Manager at Summit Hotels & Resorts in Gangtok and as Resident Manager at Sumi Yashshree Hotels & Resorts in Darjeeling further solidified his reputation as a seasoned hospitality professional.  

Amit's earlier experience includes his role as Front Office Manager at 1589 Hotels in Lucknow, and as Duty Manager at esteemed brands like Ramada by Wyndham in Darjeeling and Fortune Park Hotels Ltd in New Delhi. During this period, he honed his leadership and front office management skills, ensuring the highest standards of guest satisfaction.  

In his foundational years, Amit worked with Avalon Courtyard Residences and Suites, progressing from Front Office Executive to Duty Manager. He also held positions such as Front Office Supervisor at Choice Hotels International in New Delhi and Front Office Assistant at Lords Hotels & Resorts.  

Amit's career journey began with training roles, including as a Trainee Front Office Assistant at Hotel Utkarsh Vilas in Agra and as an Industrial Trainee at Oakwood, Bengaluru. These experiences laid the groundwork for his comprehensive understanding of hospitality operations.  

Amit holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Lucknow Christian College. His academic background, combined with his hands-on experience, equips him to excel in managing resort operations and elevating guest experiences.
