Amitpal Singh Appointed as Corporate HR & Training Manager at Bel-la Monde Hotels Pvt Ltd

Bel-la Monde Hotels Pvt Ltd, Delhi, has appointed Amitpal Singh as its Corporate HR & Training Manager. With a diverse background spanning hospitality training, quality management, and human resources, Amitpal brings a wealth of experience to his new role.  

Prior to this, he served as Corporate Training and Quality Manager at Seven Seas Hospitality Pvt. Ltd., Delhi, and as Training Manager at Seven Seas Hotel - Rohini. His expertise in training and development was further honed in leadership roles at Lite Bite Foods Pvt. Ltd., Gurugram, and Nirulas, Noida.  

Amitpal's career also includes a strong academic foundation, having worked as HOD (Hotel Management) at Fairfield Group of Institutes and as a Lecturer at IHM Meerut. Additionally, he contributed as a Hospitality Trainer at Dr. Reddy Foundation.  

His early career in the hospitality industry saw him gain hands-on experience as a Steward at Hyatt Regency New Delhi and a Waiter at The Claridges Hotels & Resorts, New Delhi. He later ventured into entrepreneurship as a restaurant owner, further solidifying his understanding of business operations.  

In his new role at Bel-la Monde Hotels Pvt Ltd, Amitpal Singh is expected to drive HR strategies, employee training, and quality management, ensuring excellence in service standards.
