Anand Prakash Ravi Joins as Director of Food and Beverage at Marriott International

Anand Prakash Ravi has taken on the role of Director of Food and Beverage at Marriott International in Bangladesh, bringing a rich background of leadership and operational expertise in the hospitality industry to his new position.


Before joining Marriott International, Anand held the position of General Manager at Compass Group India in Karnataka, where he was responsible for overseeing operations and ensuring top-notch service standards. His extensive experience in food and beverage management is highlighted by his previous roles at Novotel Hyderabad Convention Center & HICC, where he served as Director of Food and Beverage, as well as in prior roles as Food and Beverage Manager and Operations Manager for the same establishment.


Anand’s career journey also includes his tenure as Assistant F&B Manager at Ambassador Group of Hotels & Sky Chef (NIHPL) in Mumbai, and as Banquet Manager at Aamby Valley City, Sahara India Flagship Project in Lonavala. Earlier in his career, he served as Assistant Manager Food and Beverage Service at Goa Marriott Resort & Spa, and as F&B Executive at Grand Maratha Sheraton & Towers in Mumbai, managing high-profile outlets like Peshwa Pavilion, Pan Asian, and Convention & Events. Anand began his career as a Team Leader at Cidade de Goa.


Anand holds a 3-year diploma in Hotel Management from the Durgapur Society of Management Science and completed his secondary education at Pitts Modern School, Gomia Bokaro Steel City.


With a strong foundation in hospitality management and a proven track record in food and beverage operations, Anand Prakash Ravi is well-equipped to drive success in his new role at Marriott International in Bangladesh.
