Anup Mingwal Joins Taj Hotels India as Chef De Cuisine

Taj Hotels India, Hyderabad, has appointed Anup Mingwal as its new Chef De Cuisine. Bringing extensive expertise in culinary arts, particularly in Asian and Japanese cuisine, Anup is set to enhance the hotel's gastronomic offerings with his refined skills and innovative approach.  


Prior to this role, he served as Chef De Cuisine at Taj Krishna, Hyderabad, and Surat Marriott, where he played a pivotal role in curating signature dishes and leading kitchen operations. His journey also includes a tenure as Sous Chef at Hilton Chennai, where he focused on menu innovation and team management.  


Anup has a strong background in Japanese cuisine, having worked as a Sushi & Teppanyaki Chef at Taj Hotels, Hyderabad, and Sushi Chef at ITC Hotels, Ludhiana. His specialization in sushi and teppanyaki techniques has earned him recognition in the fine dining segment.  


His early career saw him as a Junior Sous Chef at InterContinental Hotels Group, Chennai, where he gained valuable experience in handling diverse culinary operations.  


Anup holds a Diploma in Hotel Management from Mourya Institute of Hotel Management and completed his intermediate education at Sanjay Public School.  


With his deep-rooted passion for culinary excellence and years of hands-on experience, Anup Mingwal is set to elevate the dining experience at Taj Hotels India, Hyderabad.
