Anurag’s professional journey began as a Steward at Park Plaza, Gurugram, where he developed a strong foundation in hospitality service. He advanced to roles such as Team Leader at 32nd, Gurugram, and Food and Beverage Executive at Ramada by Wyndham, Alleppey, showcasing his commitment to operational efficiency and guest satisfaction. His tenure at Spice Grill saw him excel as Manager in New Delhi and later as Operation Admin Manager in Gurugram, gaining expertise in both front-line and administrative functions.
Continuing his career progression, Anurag served as Manager at Grill & Café and Administrative Officer at Studio Wilderness LLP, Gurugram, before moving into pivotal managerial roles. He was Assistant Food and Beverage Manager at Panchgaon - Proudly Desi, Manesar, and later took on Food and Beverage Manager responsibilities at Highway Anandam, Rewari, and the GNH Group in Delhi. At Pllazio Hotel, Gurugram, he was promoted from Manager to Restaurant Banquet Manager, further refining his leadership and operational acumen.
