Anurag Yadav Assumes Role as Food and Beverage Manager at Lemon Tree Hotels

Anurag Yadav has taken on the role of Food and Beverage Manager at Lemon Tree Hotels, Gurugram. With a dynamic career in hospitality management, Anurag brings a wealth of experience in overseeing food and beverage operations, team management, and guest service excellence.  

Anurag’s professional journey began as a Steward at Park Plaza, Gurugram, where he developed a strong foundation in hospitality service. He advanced to roles such as Team Leader at 32nd, Gurugram, and Food and Beverage Executive at Ramada by Wyndham, Alleppey, showcasing his commitment to operational efficiency and guest satisfaction. His tenure at Spice Grill saw him excel as Manager in New Delhi and later as Operation Admin Manager in Gurugram, gaining expertise in both front-line and administrative functions.  

Continuing his career progression, Anurag served as Manager at Grill & Café and Administrative Officer at Studio Wilderness LLP, Gurugram, before moving into pivotal managerial roles. He was Assistant Food and Beverage Manager at Panchgaon - Proudly Desi, Manesar, and later took on Food and Beverage Manager responsibilities at Highway Anandam, Rewari, and the GNH Group in Delhi. At Pllazio Hotel, Gurugram, he was promoted from Manager to Restaurant Banquet Manager, further refining his leadership and operational acumen.  

Academically, Anurag is well-versed in hospitality management. He holds an MBA in Hospitality Administration/Management from the National Institute of Management Solutions, a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel/Motel Administration from Punjab Technical University, and a Bachelor of Arts from Maharishi Dayanand University. His strong academic credentials, combined with his diverse professional experience, equip him with the expertise to drive innovative strategies and deliver exceptional guest experiences.  

In his new role at Lemon Tree Hotels, Gurugram, Anurag will oversee the food and beverage operations, focusing on delivering high-quality services and optimizing operational processes. His proven track record and deep industry knowledge make him an invaluable addition to the Lemon Tree Hotels team.
