Mövenpick Hotel Wellington has recently welcomed Arjun Bijimon as its new Food and Beverage Supervisor. With over a decade of extensive experience in the hospitality industry, Arjun’s appointment reflects the hotel’s commitment to delivering exceptional service and innovative dining experiences.
Arjun’s professional journey is nothing short of inspiring. Starting his career at Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai as a Bar Server, he has steadily climbed the ranks through various prestigious brands such as Sofitel, Grand Hyatt, Marriott International, and Hyatt Place Hyderabad. His previous roles include Beverage Manager, Assistant Banquet Manager, and Restaurant General Manager, where he honed his expertise in food and beverage operations, hospitality management, and team leadership.
Most recently, Arjun served as the Restaurant General Manager at Ideli Dhaba in Kochi, Kerala, where he demonstrated exceptional skills in managing operations and developing business strategies. His vast experience across different cultures and regions has prepared him to take on this exciting role in Wellington, New Zealand.
Arjun is a graduate of Bharati Vidyapeeth, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management. He has also received accolades for his dedication, including being recognized as the Best Trainee at Sofitel Mumbai BKC during his industrial training.
In his new position at Mövenpick Hotel Wellington, Arjun will focus on overseeing food and beverage operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and enhancing the hotel’s culinary offerings. His deep knowledge of the beverage industry, including alcoholic beverages, wine, and brewing, combined with his leadership skills, makes him an invaluable addition to the Mövenpick team.
