Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach has announced the appointment of Arpan Chakraborty as their new Assistant Restaurant Manager. Bringing a blend of extensive experience and a passion for exceptional hospitality, Arpan is set to elevate the dining experience at the property’s renowned restaurants.  


Arpan’s career journey showcases a dedication to the food and beverage industry and a strong commitment to excellence. Before joining Novotel, he served as a Senior Food and Beverage Supervisor at ITC Hotels in Mumbai, where he demonstrated his ability to manage high-pressure environments and deliver outstanding guest experiences.  


His prior roles include Food and Beverage Executive at Hilton Chennai and Guest Service Associate at ITC Hotels, Kolkata. At Royal China, Kolkata, Arpan honed his guest service skills as a Guest Services Specialist, gaining valuable insights into customer engagement and fine dining operations.  


Arpan’s academic credentials reflect his focus on hospitality excellence. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management with a specialization in food preparation from the Institute of Hotel and Restaurant Management. He has also achieved a WSET Level 1 certification from the Sonal Holland Wine Academy, enhancing his expertise in wines and sommelier services.  


As Assistant Restaurant Manager, Arpan Chakraborty aims to bring innovation, operational efficiency, and elevated guest experiences to Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach. His rich background and enthusiasm for food and beverage service make him a dynamic addition to the team.
