Arpan Singh Rajawat Assumes Role as Director of Food and Beverage at Pride Hotels Group

Pride Hotels Group, a leading name in the Indian hospitality industry, has appointed Arpan Singh Rajawat as the Director of Food and Beverage at their Ahmedabad property. With over a decade of extensive experience in food and beverage operations, Arpan’s appointment is set to strengthen the group’s culinary and service standards.


Before joining Pride Hotels, Arpan held the position of Food and Beverage Manager at ITC Hotels in Haldwani, where he successfully managed the F&B operations, ensuring exceptional dining experiences and boosting overall customer satisfaction.


His career path has seen progressive leadership roles, including his stint as Operations Manager and Food and Beverage Manager at Sarovar Hotels & Resorts in Ahmedabad. Arpan’s expertise in managing day-to-day operations and his strong focus on guest satisfaction made him an integral part of the team during his tenure there.


Earlier in his career, Arpan served as the Assistant F&B Manager at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson in Ahmedabad, where he honed his skills in managing teams, optimizing operations, and delivering high standards of food and service. He also worked with Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces, starting as a Guest Services Supervisor and rising to Catering Assistant in their Ahmedabad property, demonstrating his versatility in both guest services and food operations.


Arpan began his hospitality journey as an Industrial Trainee at KK Royal Days Group of Hotels in Jaipur, after completing his Diploma in Hotel Management from the Institute of Hotel Management (IHM) Jodhpur. His educational background and early exposure to the industry laid the foundation for his successful career.


In his new role as Director of Food and Beverage at Pride Hotels Group, Arpan Singh Rajawat is expected to bring innovative ideas and operational excellence, enhancing the group’s F&B offerings and ensuring a memorable dining experience for guests. His leadership and vision will play a pivotal role in driving the F&B department to new heights.
