Ashish has built a distinguished career, beginning as a Chef at Crowne Plaza New Delhi Rohini and Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces, where he gained valuable experience in high-end culinary operations and developed his expertise in crafting diverse cuisines. His skills in menu innovation and kitchen management quickly earned him recognition in the hospitality industry.


Ashish advanced to the role of Director and Co-Owner at Glister Hospitality in Delhi NCR, where he demonstrated his entrepreneurial abilities and passion for the culinary arts. His leadership at Glister Hospitality was marked by a commitment to excellence and a focus on providing exceptional dining experiences.


He then moved to GM Hospitality in Mumbai, where he served as Corporate Chef, further solidifying his reputation for culinary innovation and operational excellence. Following this, Ashish took on the role of Corporate Chef & P&L Head at Westoridge Hospitality in Mumbai, where he successfully managed multiple outlets, implemented cost-effective measures, and ensured the highest standards of quality and service.
