Marriott International is proud to announce the appointment of Ashish Pal G as the new Head of Front Office Operations at its Dehradun location. With a rich background in hospitality management and a proven track record of excellence in front office operations, Ashish brings valuable expertise to the team at Marriott International.


Ashish Pal G has an extensive career in the hospitality industry, marked by key leadership roles across renowned hotel chains. Before joining Marriott International in Dehradun, he served as the Head of Front Office Operations at Marriott International in Katra and Front Desk Manager at Marriott International in Kochi. His consistent performance in these roles has demonstrated his capability in managing front office teams, enhancing guest experiences, and maintaining operational excellence.


Ashish's career includes his role as Manager of Room Operations at The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group in Srinagar, where he successfully oversaw room division operations, guest relations, and service delivery. His earlier experience as a Duty Manager saw him working across various esteemed properties, including InterContinental Hotels Group in Gurugram, ITC Hotels in New Delhi, and The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group in Jaipur, where he honed his skills in managing daily operations and ensuring high service standards.


His professional journey began at Hyatt Hotels Corporation in Amritsar as an Assistant Manager Front Office, followed by roles at JW Marriott New Delhi, where he advanced from Front Office Associate to Front Office Executive. He also served at Hotel The Oberoi (Trident) in Udaipur as an Assistant Front Office, where he built a solid foundation in guest services and hospitality management.


Ashish holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Management from Sikkim Manipal University and a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Catering Management from Sikkim Manipal University - Distance Education. He completed his 12th-grade education with a focus on English from HPBOSE and attended Jammu School and Gandhi Memorial School in Jammu.
