Ashish's career spans prominent roles in reputed hospitality brands, showcasing his expertise in front office and operations management. Before joining The Fern Hotels & Resorts, he served as Assistant Front Office Manager (HOD) at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, where he led front office operations with precision and a guest-centric approach.
His earlier experiences include key roles as Duty Manager at Roseate Hotels & Resorts in New Delhi and Radisson Hotel Group. Notably, Ashish contributed to the FIFA World Cup as Duty Manager for Accor in Doha, reflecting his capability to perform under high-pressure global events.
Ashish has also demonstrated his leadership at Ambassador Hotel, Aurangabad, as Assistant Front Office Manager and served as Team Leader at AccorHotels in Gurugram. His foundational experiences as a Front Office Assistant at Radisson Blu, Ludhiana, laid the groundwork for his flourishing career in the hospitality industry.
In addition to his hospitality journey, Ashish has a unique stint as a Wicket Keeper Batsman with the Jammu and Kashmir Cricket Association, exemplifying his versatility and teamwork skills.
Ashish holds an Associate Degree in Art History, Criticism, and Conservation from Sikh Missionary College, along with a Higher School Diploma and a Higher Secondary qualification from Punjab School Education Board. His diverse educational background complements his professional expertise, offering a well-rounded perspective in his approach to guest services and operational management.
