Ashutosh Shukla has recently joined Gnosis Hospitality as Manager - Food & Beverage. With a strong background in hospitality management and a proven track record in the food and beverage sector, Ashutosh is set to bring his expertise to this new role, enhancing the overall dining experience at Gnosis Hospitality.
Before his current position, Ashutosh served as Assistant Manager Butler at Raffles Udaipur, where he played a key role in providing personalized and high-end guest services. His responsibilities included managing butler operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining service standards that aligned with the luxury brand’s reputation.
Prior to Raffles Udaipur, Ashutosh worked as a Food and Beverage Supervisor at Oberoi Hotels & Resorts in Bhubaneshwar. In this role, he was responsible for overseeing food and beverage operations, training staff, and ensuring that guests received top-notch service.
Ashutosh’s journey in the hospitality industry began at Supervisorial Stage at MAYFAIR Hotels & Resorts. During his time there, he progressed through various stages, including the Managerial Stage in Bhubaneshwar and Management Trainee in Food & Beverage Service (ASPIRE). This comprehensive training program helped him build a strong foundation in hospitality operations and management.
Before his management training, Ashutosh gained practical experience as an Industrial Trainee at The Serai Resorts in Mysore. His time there provided him with hands-on experience in food and beverage service, further solidifying his understanding of the industry.
Ashutosh holds a Bachelor's degree in Small Business Administration/Management from the International School of Hospitality Management in Kolkata. Additionally, he earned a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from North East Frontier Technical University.
