The Grand Nirvana Hotel and Resort, Bareilly, has appointed Ashwani Jai Singh as its new General Manager. With a rich background in hospitality management and food & beverage operations, he brings extensive experience in hotel leadership to his new role.
Prior to this appointment, Ashwani served as General Manager at The Opal Hotel, Rampur, The Fort Hotel, Moradabad, and The Banyan Retreat Resort, Ramnagar. His expertise in food and beverage operations stems from his tenure as F&B Manager at Clarks Inn Group of Hotels and Best Western Hotels & Resorts, Moradabad, where he played a key role in enhancing guest dining experiences.
He has also held positions such as Food and Beverage Manager at Best Western Hotels & Resorts, Restaurant and Bar Manager at ITC Hotels, Gurugram, and F&B Supervisor at Jumeirah Burj Al Arab and Wafi Hotels in the UAE. He began his career as a Guest Service Associate at The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group.
Ashwani holds a BHMCT in Hospitality from J.P. Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology, Meerut, and has furthered his expertise with education from the University of Lucknow. He has also earned certifications from the WSET School London and the Wine & Spirit Education Trust, adding to his knowledge of the global beverage industry.
