Ashwani Kumar Appointed as Room Division Manager at Radisson Resort Goa Baga

Ashwani Kumar has been appointed as the Room Division Manager at Radisson Resort Goa Baga. In his new role, Ashwani will be responsible for overseeing the hotel's front office and housekeeping operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery, and maintaining high guest satisfaction standards.

Before taking on this position, Ashwani served as the Executive Housekeeper for the Radisson Hotel Group in Goa and at Rakkh Resort, a member of Radisson Individual Retreats in Palampur. In these roles, he was responsible for managing the housekeeping teams, maintaining cleanliness standards, and enhancing guest experiences.

Prior to his tenure with Radisson, Ashwani worked as a Housekeeping Manager at Movenpick Hotels & Resorts in Jeddah, where he focused on quality assurance, staff training, and operational efficiency. He also held managerial roles at Club Mahindra in Udaipur and The Deltin in Daman, gaining substantial experience in hospitality management. As a Housekeeping Executive (Head of Department) at Holiday Inn Express, Ahmedabad, Ashwani led the housekeeping department and was responsible for upholding the brand's service standards. He also served as a Housekeeping Supervisor and team member at Holiday Inn Hotel and Conference Center, Edinburgh, where he developed his foundational skills in hospitality management.

Ashwani began his career as a trainee at Taj Hotels, Palaces, Resorts, and Safaris in Lucknow and North Goa, gaining hands-on experience in various hotel operations.

He holds a BA in Hospitality Management from Edinburgh Napier University and a Diploma in Hotel Management from the Institute of Advanced Management, Goa.

With a comprehensive background in housekeeping and hospitality management, Ashwani Kumar is well-equipped to lead the room division at Radisson Resort Goa Baga, ensuring an exceptional experience for all guests.
