Before this promotion, Avinash served as a Sous Chef at Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, where he played a key role in the kitchen, contributing to the brand's renowned culinary standards. His previous experience includes serving as a Sous Chef at Hilton, Mumbai, where he gained significant experience in high-pressure environments.
Earlier in his career, Avinash worked as a Junior Sous Chef at The Leela Palaces, Hotels & Resorts, Gurugram, and at Radisson Blu Hotel Guwahati, where he honed his expertise in various cuisines. He also held the position of Chef De Partie at The Oberoi Group, Jaipur, and served as a Chef with Marriott International, Mumbai, Conrad Hotels & Resorts, Pune, and Oberoi Hotels & Resorts.
