Balkrishna began his journey at The Westin Mumbai Garden City as a Restaurant Manager, where his innovative approach and operational efficiency significantly contributed to the property’s reputation for excellence in hospitality.
Prior to his time at The Westin, he held the position of Restaurant Manager at Hilton Hotels & Resorts in Mumbai, further solidifying his reputation for excellence in the food and beverage domain. His earlier career milestones include serving as an Assistant Restaurant Manager and Captain at The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group, as well as Team Leader at Westin Hotels & Resorts in Mumbai.
Balkrishna's career also encompasses experience at Palladium Hotel Mumbai, where he gained valuable insights into luxury dining operations, and as an Ambassador with Accor Hotels. He started his career as an Associate at Marriott Hotels, demonstrating his deep understanding of hospitality operations from the ground up.
An alumnus of Atharva College of Hotel Management and Catering Technology, Balkrishna also holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting from ADK College of Commerce and Science, showcasing his versatile academic background.
