MAYFAIR Hotels & Resorts is delighted to announce the appointment of Bibhuti Bhusan Nayak as the Junior Executive Chef at their Puri property. Bibhuti brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record in the culinary industry, making him a valuable addition to the team.
Before joining MAYFAIR Hotels & Resorts, Bibhuti served as the Area Chef for Seazen Group in Kuwait, where he was earlier employed as a Chef. His expertise also includes serving as the Executive Chef at Hotel Polo Towers Private Limited in Shillong, where he managed the culinary operations and elevated the dining experience for guests.
Bibhuti's career has been marked by several noteworthy roles, including Senior Sous Chef at The Gateway Hotel & Resorts, Mangalore, and Junior Sous Chef at JA Resorts & Hotels, Dubai. He further refined his culinary skills as Chef De Partie at Abu Dhabi National Hotels and MAYFAIR Hotels & Resorts, Rourkela, as well as Demi Chef De Partie at Dolphin Hotel, Hyderabad.
In addition to his professional roles, Bibhuti is a Life Member of the Indian Culinary Forum in Delhi, reflecting his commitment to the culinary arts and his ongoing pursuit of excellence.
Bibhuti Bhusan Nayak holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from the Central Institute of Hotel Management and Catering. He also earned a Diploma in Arts from Utkal University, which has provided him with a strong foundation in both culinary and managerial skills.
With his extensive experience and dedication to culinary innovation, Bibhuti is poised to bring new dimensions to the culinary offerings at MAYFAIR Hotels & Resorts, Puri.
