Bratati Mal Appointed as Housekeeping Manager at Pullman Hotels & Resorts

Bratati Mal has taken on the role of Housekeeping Manager at Pullman Hotels & Resorts, bringing a decade of experience in luxury hospitality.  

Before this appointment, she was Assistant Housekeeping Manager at Accor, Kolkata, overseeing 340 keys. Her international experience includes working as a Housekeeping Supervisor at Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts, UAE, and Abu Dhabi National Hotels.  

Bratati has also served as a Housekeeping Executive at The HHI Group of Hotels, Kolkata, and at Fairmont, Jaipur, where she previously worked as a Hotel Operational Trainee for a 245-key property. She began her journey as an Industrial Trainee at Taj Hotels, gaining hands-on exposure in a 347-key property.  

She holds a B.Sc in Hotel & Hospitality Administration from the National Council of Hotel Management and Catering and a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism & Travel Services Management from Indira Gandhi National Open University.
