Chef Kamlesh Joins Zyon as Senior Chef de Partie

Zyon, a pre-opening venture by Cool Mind Pvt Ltd in Zirakpur, Chandigarh, has welcomed Chef Kamlesh as its Senior Chef de Partie in the Food Production department. With over six years of culinary expertise, Chef Kamlesh will play a pivotal role in menu management and recipe development while leading a talented kitchen team.


Prior to this appointment, Chef Kamlesh has garnered valuable experience working at Oakwood Premier Prestige Bangalore, Instacuisino LLP, and Bin Hilal Investment in Oman. His proficiency in Continental cuisine and his ability to collaborate effectively with culinary teams make him a perfect fit for Zyon's goal of delivering high-quality dining experiences.


Chef Kamlesh's experience spans across both national and international platforms, including roles at prominent establishments such as The Fern Shivamogga and Hotel Kanha Shyam in Allahabad. He brings with him a wealth of knowledge in food preparation, team management, and customer service. His continuous focus on innovation, teamwork, and mentoring positions him as a key contributor to Zyon’s vision of offering an exceptional dining experience.


In addition to his professional experience, Chef Kamlesh holds a BSc in Hospitality and Hotel Administration from the Institute of Hotel Management, Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition in Hajipur (Patna). He also completed his Senior Secondary education in Commerce from Govt. Senior Secondary School, Manali, under the Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education. His formal education, combined with hands-on experience, provides him with a well-rounded understanding of both culinary arts and hospitality management.


Zyon Rooftop Bar and Lounge is set to elevate the culinary landscape in Chandigarh, and with Chef Kamlesh onboard, the venue looks forward to delivering not only delicious food but also a remarkable dining atmosphere for its guests.
