Earlier in his career, Chuni worked with Sterling Holiday Resorts India Ltd and Mahindra Holidays & Resort India Limited, honing his skills in diverse cuisines and refining his ability to cater to varied guest preferences. His journey in the culinary world began as a Commi at Park Plaza Gurugram, where he developed his foundation in food preparation and kitchen management.
