These roles provided him with a strong foundation in guest services and operational management.
Transitioning into human resources, Darshpreet worked with MBD Group, New Delhi, before advancing his career at Bloom, New Delhi. At Bloom, he held progressive roles, starting as Human Resources Executive and moving up to Senior Executive and then Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition. His work there showcased his ability to identify, recruit, and retain top talent while fostering a positive workplace culture.
