Darshpreet Singh Appointed as Assistant Manager - People at Nando's India

Darshpreet Singh has joined Nando's India as Assistant Manager - People, marking a significant milestone in his career within the hospitality and human resources sectors. With a blend of academic excellence and professional expertise, Darshpreet brings a dynamic approach to talent management and organizational development.  

Darshpreet's career began in front office operations, where he gained hands-on experience as Senior Front Office Associate at ITC Hotels, New Delhi, and Front Office Executive at Marriott International, New Delhi. These roles provided him with a strong foundation in guest services and operational management.  

Transitioning into human resources, Darshpreet worked with MBD Group, New Delhi, before advancing his career at Bloom, New Delhi. At Bloom, he held progressive roles, starting as Human Resources Executive and moving up to Senior Executive and then Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition. His work there showcased his ability to identify, recruit, and retain top talent while fostering a positive workplace culture.  

Darshpreet's educational achievements include a bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration and Management from the Banarasi Das Chandiwala Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology. He further enhanced his expertise with an MBA in Human Resources Management and Services from Amity University, equipping him with the skills to navigate complex organizational challenges and drive people-centric strategies.
