Durga Mohanty Takes on New Role as Assistant Food & Beverage Manager at Radisson Blu Guwahati

Durga Mohanty has recently assumed the position of Assistant Food & Beverage Manager at Radisson Blu Guwahati, further solidifying his career in the hospitality industry. With a diverse and rich background in food and beverage service, Durga brings a wealth of experience to his new role.

Before joining Radisson Blu Guwahati, Durga was the Manager of Food & Beverage Service at MAYFAIR Hotels & Resorts in Siliguri. Here, he played a key role in managing the overall F&B operations, ensuring high standards of service, and enhancing guest satisfaction.

His career includes significant experience as a Banquet Manager at IHG Hotels & Resorts in Jaipur, where he was responsible for overseeing banquet services and events. Prior to this, he served as Assistant Manager of Food & Beverage Service and later as Banquet Manager at Fairmont Jaipur, where he contributed to both the daily F&B operations and the management of large-scale events.

Durga's journey in the food and beverage industry began at ITC Hotels in Chennai, where he worked as an Executive in Food & Beverage Service. His career progressed with roles as a Food & Beverage Supervisor and later as an Executive at Fairmont Jaipur. His foundational experience includes working as a Team Member in Food & Beverage Service at The Indian Hotels Company Limited in Bengaluru Whitefield.

Durga Mohanty holds a Bachelor of Hotel Management (BHM) degree in Food and Beverage from Utkal University. He completed his 10th grade at Luabahal High School. His educational background, combined with extensive experience in various roles, makes him well-equipped to excel in his current position at Radisson Blu Guwahati.

In his new role, Durga is expected to bring his expertise in managing food and beverage services, optimizing guest experiences, and driving operational excellence to Radisson Blu Guwahati.
