Gaurav Rawat has taken on the role of Culinary Director at D'yore Experiences, a significant milestone in his illustrious career. With extensive expertise in diverse cuisines and a remarkable leadership journey, Gaurav is set to elevate the culinary experiences offered by the brand.
Prior to this role, Gaurav served as Executive Sous Chef at Marriott Hotels, Jaipur, where he excelled in delivering exceptional culinary services. He also held the position of Head Chef at Six Senses Hotels Resorts Spas, Rajasthan, where he specialized in crafting sustainable and innovative dining experiences.
Gaurav's earlier roles include Chef de Cuisine at Hilton Hotels & Resorts, Jaipur, and Sous Chef at both The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group and Royal Orchid Hotels, showcasing his strong command over both Western and Indian cuisines.
Starting his career as a Line Cook specializing in Tex-Mex cuisine at TGI Fridays, New Delhi, Gaurav advanced through positions such as Chef de Partie at Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces, Jaipur, and King Fahd Palace Hotel, Riyadh, mastering Italian, Continental, and Middle Eastern cuisines.
Gaurav holds a degree in Hotel Management and Catering Technology from J.P. Institute of Hotel Management, Meerut, a Master's in Tourism Management from IGNOU, and a Bachelor’s in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Uttarakhand Open University. His academic and professional trajectory reflects a blend of technical expertise and strategic vision.
