Gaurav Sahai’s promotion to Associate Director of Food & Beverage at Holiday Inn Resort Goa marks a significant step in elevating culinary excellence and guest experiences.
Gaurav Sahai has been promoted to Associate Director of Food & Beverage at Holiday Inn Resort Goa, recognizing his exceptional contributions and leadership within the property’s food and beverage division.
Prior to this, he served as the Food and Beverage Manager at the resort, where he played a key role in enhancing guest experiences and driving operational excellence.
Gaurav brings with him a diverse and rich background in hospitality, having previously worked as Food and Beverage Manager at Red Hall Hotel (Bury) Limited, Manchester, and as a Consultant with Mauryaan Discowery, Delhi. He has also held pivotal roles such as Director of Restaurants and Bars at Hyatt Regency, Gurugram, Brand Head at Atara Hospitality Pvt. Ltd., and General Manager – Operations at MRG Group, New Delhi.
His earlier stints include leadership positions at Massive Restaurants Pvt. Ltd., Pune, DLF Emporio Restaurants Ltd., New Delhi, Pullman Hotels & Resorts, and Trident Hotels, Agra.
An alumnus of Amity University, Gaurav holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Management, and is also a graduate of St. Peter’s School.
In his new role, Gaurav is set to continue elevating the F&B landscape at Holiday Inn Resort Goa with a focus on innovation, service quality, and guest satisfaction.
