Gaurav Verma Appointed as Food and Beverage Manager at The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts

Gaurav Verma has taken on the role of Food and Beverage Manager at The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts, marking another milestone in his impressive journey in the luxury hospitality sector.

Gaurav brings with him a wealth of experience, having most recently served as Associate Director of Food and Beverage at Raffles Udaipur, where he played a key role in curating premium dining experiences and overseeing large-scale F&B operations. Prior to that, he held progressive leadership roles at The Leela group, including Head of F&B Operations & Events, Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, and Banquet Manager, contributing significantly to the brand’s reputation for excellence.

His earlier roles include tenures at Taj Hotels India, where he was Banquet Manager in Ahmedabad and Restaurant Manager in Agra. Gaurav began his journey in hospitality at Taj Hotels, Agra, and honed his management skills through roles such as Assistant Restaurant Manager, F&B Executive, and F&B Supervisor at The Leela Ambience Gurugram Hotels & Residences.

A graduate of the Institute of Hotel Management, Agra, with a Bachelor’s in Hospitality Administration, Gaurav is known for his guest-centric approach, event expertise, and operational excellence.

His return to The Leela in a senior leadership capacity reinforces the brand's commitment to maintaining high standards and offering exceptional culinary and service experiences.
