General Manager Hariom Tyagi Joins Concept Hospitality

Hariom Tyagi has recently been appointed as the General Manager at Concept Hospitality in Ganpatipule. In his new role, Hariom will lead the team in delivering exceptional guest experiences, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring the property meets its short and long-term strategic goals.

Prior to this, Hariom served as the General Manager at Anand Vardhan Resort in Manali, Himachal Pradesh, where he was responsible for managing a 62-key resort with a 74-cover restaurant, a wellness center, a conference hall, an open-air restaurant, and a banquet of 3,500 square feet. His responsibilities included overseeing daily operations, departmental budgeting, P&L forecasting, payroll control, and expense management. He was also involved in staff recruitment and training, strategic business planning, vendor management, and inventory management.

Hariom's previous experience includes his tenure as General Manager at Spree Hospitality in Manali, where he worked for two years, focusing on pre-opening and hospitality management. Before that, he served as Unit Manager at Ekaant The Retreat in Lavasa, Pune and The Clarks Hotels & Resorts in Dharamshala. 

He also held positions as Unit Manager at Suba Group of Hotels in Ahmedabad and Room Division Manager at Vinstar Serviced Apartments in Pune. His extensive background in front office management began at AAA Hotels & Resorts in the Maldives, where he handled day-to-day departmental operations, recruitment, budgeting, and guest feedback systems.

Hariom's earlier experience includes roles such as Assistant Front Office Manager at Bona Sera Hotels Ltd - The WaterFront Shaw Hotel in Lavasa and Front Office positions at The Orchid Hotel in Pune and Ravine Hotel in Panchgani.

Hariom Tyagi has completed an MBA in Hospitality Management from MIT College, Pune, and a Diploma in Hospitality Administration and Management from the University of Cambridge. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, Sanskrit, and Hindi from the University of Rajasthan. Additionally, he completed his Higher Secondary education in Arts from Govt. Sr. Sec. School, Basai Nawab. His diverse educational background has been instrumental in shaping his extensive career in hospitality management.
