Before joining Pride Hotels Group, Karanveer served as General Manager at Tarasuns in Vadodara, where he was responsible for overseeing hotel operations and ensuring the highest standards of service. His leadership at Tarasuns was marked by a focus on operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Karanveer's career in hospitality began in food and beverage management, where he gained significant experience at several prestigious properties. He worked as Food and Beverage Manager at Fortune Park Hotels Ltd and Indus Palms Hotels and Resorts in Hyderabad, where he was instrumental in managing dining services and enhancing the guest experience.

He also held the position of Assistant General Manager at Babylon Group of Hotels in Raipur, where his responsibilities included overseeing food and beverage operations as well as other key areas of the hotel. Additionally, Karanveer served as Manager of Food & Beverage at Berggruen Hotels Pvt. Ltd. in North Goa, further solidifying his expertise in this critical area of hospitality management.

Karanveer's journey in the hospitality industry also includes a role as Senior Food and Beverage Executive at Emerald Palms Resort & Spa in Goa, where he was a pre-opening team member for Club Mahindra in Lonavala. His early career began with positions as a Service Assistant at Trident Hotels in Udaipur and as an Industrial Trainee at Le Meridien Hotels & Resorts in Pune.

Karanveer's educational background includes a degree in Hotel Management from Jindal School of Hotel Management. He also holds a Certificate in Hospitality from C.E.P. and a Certificate in Front Office from GIHM. His foundation in commerce was built during his high school years at Sabari Vidyalaya.
