Prior to this promotion, Gulshan served as Food and Beverage Manager at IHG Hotels & Resorts, Chandigarh, where he showcased exemplary leadership in elevating service standards and driving successful dining operations.
Before joining IHG, Gulshan held the role of Food and Beverage Manager at Accor Hotels, Gurugram, where he managed diverse teams and ensured seamless operational execution. His tenure as Restaurant Manager at Radisson Hotel Group, Jaipur, further strengthened his expertise in restaurant operations and customer service.
Earlier in his career, Gulshan worked as Assistant Manager - Food and Beverage at The Anya, Gurugram, and as Team Leader at Hyatt Hotels Corporation, Amritsar, gaining hands-on experience in food and beverage operations and team management.
Gulshan is a graduate of AIHM, Chandigarh, holding a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, and completed his schooling at Rajkiya Pratibha Vikas Vidyalaya, Shalimar Bagh. His educational background and passion for hospitality have been integral to his growth in the industry.
