Gulshan Kumar has taken over as the Food and Beverage Manager at Ramee Group of Hotels, Resorts & Apartments, continuing his steady ascent in the hospitality industry. With a strong foundation in operations and guest service, he brings with him a decade of diverse experience across leading hospitality brands.


Prior to this, he held multiple key roles at Sarovar Hotels & Resorts, Delhi, where he progressed from Outlet Manager to Assistant F&B Manager, and eventually to F&B Manager. His time there showcased his strategic planning, team leadership, and ability to manage high-pressure service environments seamlessly.


Gulshan further honed his leadership capabilities as Assistant F&B Manager at Glitz Westend Hotels and Resorts, New Delhi, and earlier as Restaurant and Bar Manager at Best Western Hotels & Resorts, where he focused on guest satisfaction, quality control, and driving revenues through innovative dining experiences.


His career began in luxury hospitality, where he served as a Food and Beverage Supervisor at Vivanta by Taj – Fort Aguada, Goa, and as a Guest Service Associate at both The Chancery Pavilion, Bengaluru, and Vivanta by Taj. He also completed his industrial training at Radisson, New Delhi, giving him early exposure to world-class hospitality standards.


An alumnus of NSHM Durgapur, Gulshan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management. He completed his schooling at Rama Krishna Mission Vidya Mandir, Katihar, Bihar, laying the groundwork for his disciplined and guest-centric approach.


With his strong operational acumen and dedication to service excellence, Gulshan Kumar is expected to elevate the F&B experience at Ramee Group, driving innovation and customer satisfaction across their dining venues.
