Himanshu Joshi Assumes Role as Mixologist and Beverage Head at The Project Cafe

Himanshu Joshi has taken on the role of Mixologist and Beverage Head at The Project Cafe in Aldona, Goa, where he brings his extensive expertise in mixology and beverage management. Known for his creative approach to crafting cocktails and his deep knowledge of wines and spirits, Himanshu’s appointment is set to elevate the café’s beverage offerings.


Prior to joining The Project Cafe, Himanshu honed his skills as Head Bartender and later Mixologist at Indore Marriott Hotel. His career journey also includes a position as Head Bartender at Dodas Palace by ShriGo Hotels in Jaipur and bartending roles at SinQ, North Goa, and Bogmallo Beach Resort in Vasco Da Gama. These experiences have shaped his proficiency in designing innovative cocktails and managing high-quality bar operations.


Himanshu holds a B.Sc. in Hotel Management and Catering Science from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore, and a Diploma in Bar Management from IIBT Chandigarh. He has also pursued specialized certifications in wine and spirits, including WSET Level 2 from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust and a sommelier certification from the Sonal Holland Wine Academy, which enhance his expertise in creating refined, curated beverage selections.


With his combined experience and educational background, Himanshu is poised to introduce a sophisticated, fresh approach to the beverage program at The Project Cafe, appealing to guests seeking unique and memorable dining experiences.
