Himanshu Tiwari Appointed as Human Resource Manager (Pre-Opening) at ITC Hotels

ITC Hotels, Jaisalmer, has brought onboard Himanshu Tiwari as its Human Resource Manager (Pre-Opening), a critical role in establishing the hotel’s human capital strategies and operational frameworks. Himanshu’s vast expertise in both human resources and technology positions him as a versatile leader for this pivotal phase of the hotel’s journey.  

Prior to joining ITC Hotels, Himanshu served as the Head of Human Resources at Essentia Luxury Hotel, Indore, where he spearheaded innovative HR practices to enhance employee engagement and organizational efficiency.  

His previous roles include Pre-Opening Human Resource Manager at Shyama Sarovar Portico, Orai, and Human Resources Manager at Hotel Levana, Lucknow. In these roles, Himanshu demonstrated his ability to build and lead HR teams, establish policies, and foster a positive workplace culture.  

Himanshu’s extensive pre-opening experience includes his position as Assistant Human Resource Manager at The Grand Arc Hotel & Convention Centre, Shahjahanpur. Additionally, his dual expertise in IT and HR was showcased during his tenure as an IT & HR Executive at Cygnett Hotels, Lucknow, and as an IT Assistant at The Piccadily Lucknow.  

Himanshu’s early career as a Network Field Engineer with Trimax IT Infrastructure & Services Ltd., Lucknow, and as a Project Engineer with Redhax IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Raebareli, highlights his strong foundation in technology—a skill set that complements his HR management capabilities in today’s digitally driven hospitality industry.  

Himanshu holds an Executive Postgraduate Diploma in Hotel Resources and Human Resources Development from MIT School of Distance Education and a Hardware and Networking Engineering certification from Jetking Lucknow. His diverse educational background enables him to approach human resource challenges with a strategic and technical mindset.
