Jatinder's career in the culinary world includes his recent position as Sous Chef Pastry at Accor in Chandigarh, where he played a key role in delivering exceptional pastry experiences. Before that, he was the Pre-Opening Sous Chef at Marriott Hotels in Coorg, where he contributed significantly to setting up the pastry department.
His journey also includes roles such as Junior Sous Chef at IHG Hotels & Resorts and Chef De Partie at Accor, Bengaluru. Earlier in his career, Jatinder honed his craft as Commi 1 at Conrad Bengaluru and Crowne Plaza, Bengaluru, and as Commi Chef and Commis 1 at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C, Bengaluru.
Jatinder Singh holds a Diploma in Bakery from the National Institute of Hotel Management and Tourism, which has provided him with a strong foundation in pastry arts. His appointment at Novotel Jaipur Convention Centre marks the beginning of an exciting chapter as he leads the pastry team in creating exceptional and innovative desserts.
