Hotel Royal Bagh Mansarovar Jaipur, proudly welcomes Mahendra Dhoundiyal as its Executive Chef. With an illustrious career spanning over two decades, Chef Dhoundiyal brings a wealth of culinary expertise and innovation to the hotel's dining experiences.  


Before his current role, Chef Dhoundiyal held several key positions in the culinary world. As Executive Chef at prominent establishments like Fusion of India, Asteria Club, Delight Box, Hotel Dvij Inn, and Wow Kitchen in Jaipur, he showcased his ability to craft unique and memorable gastronomic experiences.  


He also served as Sous Chef and Head Chef at the iconic Play Boy Club Jaipur, where he spearheaded kitchen operations and contributed to its success as a premier dining and nightlife destination.  


Chef Dhoundiyal’s international exposure includes his time as a Commi Chef at Eat Greek Restaurant and Food Fund International in Dubai, where he honed his skills in global cuisines. His culinary journey also includes roles at prestigious hotels such as Radisson Blu Jaipur, Marriott International Jaipur, Shiv Vilas Resort Jaipur, and Hotel Fortune Park Bella Casa.  


Earlier in his career, he served as Chef De Partie at Sara Vilas Mandawa and gained foundational experience as an Apprentice at Hotel Man Singh Palace, Jaipur.  


Mahendra Dhoundiyal’s appointment is expected to elevate the culinary offerings at Hotel Royal Bagh Mansarovar, Jaipur. Guests can anticipate an exceptional blend of traditional and modern flavors under his visionary leadership.
