Manishkant Jha Appointed as Human Resource Manager at Courtyard by Marriott Siliguri

Manishkant Jha has taken over the role of Human Resource Manager at Courtyard by Marriott Siliguri, bringing with him a wealth of experience in human resource management across some of the most prestigious hospitality brands.

Prior to this appointment, Manishkant held key HR positions including Human Resources Manager for the pre-opening of Hyatt Centric Ballygunge, as well as with Hyatt Hotels Corporation in Kolkata and Raipur, and Courtyard Nashik under Marriott International. He also served as Assistant Manager – Human Resources at Westin Hotels & Resorts, Kolkata, and operated at a managerial level as Senior Executive Human Resources at Shangri-La Hotel, Bengaluru.

His journey in HR began at the Trident Hyderabad during its pre-opening phase as a Human Resources Supervisor, followed by roles in HR and Training with The Oberoi Group of Hotels. Before transitioning into HR, he gathered frontline experience in food and beverage service as a Shift Incharge at The Oberoi Udaivilas and an F&B Service Assistant at Taj Lake Palace, Udaipur.

Manishkant is an alumnus of K.V.No1 Central School Heenu, Ranchi, where he completed his matriculation.

With his versatile background in both operations and human resources, Manishkant Jha is poised to bring strategic insight and people-centric leadership to his new role at Courtyard by Marriott Siliguri.
