A seasoned culinary professional with a deep-rooted passion for patisserie and artisan baking, Manohar brings with him a wealth of experience from India’s finest hospitality brands.


Manohar’s culinary journey with ITC Hotels began as a Sous Chef, where his commitment to quality, innovation, and guest satisfaction quickly earned him recognition. His elevation to Senior Sous Chef is a testament to his talent, leadership, and dedication to excellence in the bakery and pastry segment.


Before joining ITC Hotels, Manohar sharpened his skills with renowned hospitality chains such as Accor, where he served as a Junior Sous Chef, and Marriott International, where he held multiple roles—rising from Commi 2 to Chef de Partie (CDP)—at various locations including Bengaluru, Madurai, and Ahmedabad. His early career also included experience with Radisson Hotel Kandla, helping build a strong foundation in large-scale operations and quality control.


With a well-rounded background in both traditional and contemporary pastry arts, Manohar has consistently demonstrated creativity, precision, and a flair for presentation. His leadership in ITC’s pastry kitchen is expected to bring new dimensions to the hotel’s dessert offerings, elevating the guest experience.
