Makes : 1 Kg

Ingredients:

Left over Bajra Roti – 300 g

Roadted Coconut -100 g

Roasted Sliced Almond – 100 g

Raisins – 50 g

Fried & Crushed Gond – 100 g

Whole Cashew – 100 g

Toasted White Sesame – 50 g

Organic Jaggery Powder – 200 g

Ghee – 100 g

Water – 50 ml

Roasted Poppy Seeds – 50 g

 

Dry Masala Powder

Pipli – 10 g

Green Cardamom – 30 g

Khaas ki Jad – 20 g

Pan ki Jad – 10 g

Cinnamon – 20 g

Nutmeg – 20 g

Kebab Chini – 20 g

 

Method:

• Heat water in a pan, add jaggery, and add ghee.

• Start adding all the dry ingredients.

• Add dry powder masala.

• Grease the tray with light ghee; spread the mixture over the same.

• Cool the mixture; cut it in to rectangles and serve.
