Bengaluru Marriott Hotel Whitefield is pleased to announce the appointment of Mohan Sawant as Executive Sous Chef. With a wealth of experience in culinary excellence, Mohan brings a dynamic and innovative approach to the kitchen, aiming to elevate the hotel's dining experience to new heights.


Prior to this role, Mohan held the position of Executive Sous Chef at Taj Hotels in Mumbai, where he played a pivotal role in managing kitchen operations and crafting exceptional culinary creations. He further honed his skills as the Chef De Cuisine at Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa in Nashik, showcasing his flair for modern cuisine and menu innovation.


Mohan's career also includes key roles at several prestigious hotels. He served as a Chef at Hyatt Centric Chandigarh during its pre-opening phase, where his leadership and expertise were instrumental in establishing the hotel's culinary reputation. As Sous Chef at Hyatt Regency Pune, and earlier at Grand Hyatt Goa where he rose from Chef De Partie to Sous Chef, he developed a deep understanding of diverse culinary styles and operational excellence.


His journey in the culinary world began at Grand Hyatt Mumbai, where he progressed from Demi Chef De Partie to Commis Chef, refining his techniques and building a solid foundation in the art of cooking.


With his appointment as Executive Sous Chef at Bengaluru Marriott Hotel Whitefield, Mohan Sawant is set to bring his passion for culinary arts and commitment to quality to the forefront, promising to create unforgettable dining experiences for the hotel's guests.
