Mohit Mishra has recently joined Udaipur Marriott Hotel as its new Executive Chef. With an illustrious culinary career spanning across prestigious brands, Mohit brings a wealth of experience and a refined culinary vision to the hotel’s dining offerings.
Prior to joining Udaipur Marriott Hotel, Mohit served as Executive Chef at The Westin Sohna Resort and Spa, Gurugram, and Taj Deccan, Hyderabad. He also held leadership roles at Vivanta Hyderabad, Begumpet, and Taj Krishna, Hyderabad. His earlier career includes tenures at Taj Fort Aguada Resort and Spa, Goa, and Taj Lands End, Mumbai, where he honed his skills as Chef De Partie.
A graduate of the Culinary Academy of India with a Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Arts, Mohit has a strong foundation in innovative cuisine and guest-centric service. His expertise is expected to elevate the culinary experiences at Udaipur Marriott Hotel, offering guests memorable dining moments.
