Her international experience as a chef with Seabourn Cruise Line, Miami, allowed her to refine her craft while working with global cuisines and discerning clientele.
Prior to her current role in Kanpur, Nalini served as Executive Chef at Molecule's Jhansi location, where she was instrumental in elevating the culinary standards of the establishment. Her expertise has also graced other renowned venues, including Warehouse Cafe, Lucknow, and Lord of The Drinks, Gomtinagar, where she showcased her flair for contemporary gastronomy.
Nalini's foundational experience includes her time as Chef De Partie at Hilton Garden Inn Lucknow and her tenure at Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited. At Mahindra, she held progressive roles across Naukuchiatal, Gangtok, and Goa, starting as an Executive Trainee and rising to Junior Sous Chef.
