Before joining DoubleTree by Hilton, Nikhil honed his management skills as Assistant Restaurant Manager at Radisson Blu Ahmedabad. His dedication and expertise in food and beverage services were further refined during his tenure as a Food & Beverage Executive at The Westin Gurugram and Crowne Plaza Today, Gurugram.
Nikhil's journey in hospitality began at Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts, where he served as a Food & Beverage Supervisor in Ahmedabad and previously as a Guest Services Associate in New Delhi. His foundational experiences included an internship at the Jaipur Marriott Hotel, which provided him with hands-on exposure to the industry.
An alumnus of IHM Hajipur, Nikhil holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration and Management, which laid the groundwork for his professional success.
