Nilofer Nadkar has taken on the role of Sales Manager - B2B Horeca ECom at Allana Group, a major player in the food and beverage industry. With an impressive career in sales and a specialization in key account management and business development, Nilofer brings valuable experience to this new position.


Before joining Allana Group, Nilofer held the position of National Key Account Manager and Area Sales Manager at Baramati Agro Ltd, where she focused on developing key relationships and driving sales across the region. Her expertise in building strategic partnerships and expanding market reach was critical in boosting the company’s growth during her tenure.


In addition to her role at Baramati Agro, Nilofer has previously worked with Chevon Agro Tech as the Sales Manager for the West Region, where she was responsible for overseeing sales operations and managing key accounts in one of the most competitive markets in the country. Her success in delivering results in this role demonstrated her ability to navigate complex markets and meet client demands effectively.


Earlier in her career, Nilofer worked as a Key Account Executive at Vadilal Industries Limited, where she developed a strong foundation in account management, sales strategy, and client relations. Her journey in the sales industry has been marked by her capacity to understand customer needs, offer innovative solutions, and consistently achieve sales targets.


Nilofer holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Mumbai University, with a focus on business and commerce. Her academic background, coupled with her extensive experience in sales management, makes her a formidable addition to Allana Group's leadership team.


In her new role as Sales Manager for the B2B Horeca ECom division, Nilofer will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding the company’s presence in the Horeca sector, and fostering strong partnerships with key industry players.
