Nitin Sharma Joins as Room Division Manager at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts

Nitin Sharma has been appointed as Room Division Manager at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, Jaipur, bringing his extensive expertise in front office and housekeeping operations to this prestigious role. With over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, Nitin has consistently demonstrated his ability to enhance guest experiences and streamline operational efficiency.  

Prior to this appointment, Nitin served as Front Office Manager at the Jaipur Marriott Hotel, where he showcased exceptional leadership in managing guest services and front-office operations.  

Nitin’s earlier career is highlighted by his expertise in housekeeping management, having held significant roles such as Executive Housekeeper at Marriott International, Radisson Blu Jaipur, and Ramada Udaipur Resort & Spa. Additionally, he served as Deputy Housekeeper at The Leela Palaces & Resorts, Kovalam, and Assistant Manager Housekeeping at The Taj Mahal Palace, Mumbai, where he honed his skills in luxury hospitality.  

Notably, Nitin has contributed to successful pre-opening projects, including as Housekeeping Executive at Marriott Pune Hotel and Convention Center and Team Leader at Ista Hyderabad, where he laid strong operational foundations.  

Nitin Sharma holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management and Catering Technology (BHMCT) from Seedling Academy, which has equipped him with a robust foundation in hospitality management principles.
