Royal Orchid Hotels, Bengaluru, proudly welcomes Nitish Roy as its new Executive Chef. With an illustrious culinary journey spanning over a decade, Nitish brings a wealth of experience, creativity, and leadership to redefine the hotel’s dining experience.
Prior to this role, Nitish served as Executive Sous Chef at Crowne Plaza Pune City Centre, where he excelled in curating innovative menus and delivering exceptional culinary experiences. His expertise also shone during his tenure as Pre-Opening Executive Chef at South City Retreat, Kolkata, where he successfully set up and established culinary operations.
Nitish has previously held the position of Executive Chef at Space Circle Clubs & Resorts Private Limited, Hotel Regent Park & The Imperial Manor Palace, Jalandhar, and Nextgenvision Foods Pvt. Ltd., Kolkata, among others. He has also served as Sous Chef Cum Head Chef and Junior Sous Chef Cum Head Chef at Park Prime Hotels across various locations, showcasing his versatility and passion for culinary arts.
His career began as a Chef De Partie and Kitchen Operational Trainee at The Park Hotels, Chennai, followed by an Industrial Trainee stint at Le Royal Meridien, Chennai, where he honed his skills in diverse cuisines and techniques.
Nitish holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel & Hospitality Management from the Institute of Hotel Management, Chennai, along with secondary and higher secondary education from the West Bengal Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education.
As the Executive Chef at Royal Orchid Hotels, Bengaluru, Nitish Roy is set to lead the culinary team with innovation and finesse, ensuring an elevated gastronomic experience for every guest.
