Prakash Rao Joins Hilton Salwa Beach Resort & Villas as Assistant Chief Steward

Prakash Rao has recently taken on the role of Assistant Chief Steward at Hilton Salwa Beach Resort & Villas in Doha, Qatar. With a solid background in kitchen stewarding and a proven track record in various prestigious hotels, Prakash is well-positioned to contribute to the resort's operations.

Before his current position, Prakash served as the Kitchen Stewarding Manager at The Ritz-Carlton in Bengaluru, where he was responsible for overseeing kitchen cleanliness, hygiene standards, and inventory management. His role extended to managing teams and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Prakash also brought his expertise to GITAM Deemed University and Renaissance Hotels in Bengaluru, where he held similar managerial responsibilities.

Prior to his managerial roles, Prakash gained substantial experience as an Assistant Kitchen Stewarding Manager at Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts in Bengaluru and Marriott Hotels in Kochi. In these roles, he focused on the smooth operation of kitchen stewarding, staff supervision, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.

Prakash's journey in kitchen stewarding began at JW Marriott in Bengaluru, where he worked as a Kitchen Stewarding Executive. His role involved coordinating with the culinary team, ensuring that all kitchen equipment was properly cleaned and maintained, and upholding the highest hygiene standards.

Before joining JW Marriott, Prakash served as a Kitchen Stewarding Supervisor at ITC Hotels in Hyderabad. His responsibilities included overseeing the stewarding team, managing inventory, and ensuring that all sanitation practices were strictly followed.

Prakash's career started as an Associate at Viceroy Hotel Group in Hyderabad, where he developed foundational skills in hotel operations. He then advanced to Lead Associate at Hyderabad Marriott Hotel & Convention Centre and Courtyard by Marriott, where he gained experience in supervising staff and managing daily operations.

Prakash Rao's extensive experience in kitchen stewarding, combined with his leadership abilities and commitment to maintaining high standards, makes him a valuable asset to Hilton Salwa Beach Resort & Villas.
