Rahul’s professional journey showcases his dedication to excellence in front office operations. Prior to this appointment, he served as the Front Office Manager at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, Jaipur, where he oversaw seamless guest experiences and front desk management. His tenure at Accor, Jaipur, saw him excel as an Assistant Front Office Manager and later as a Duty Manager, further strengthening his operational and leadership skills.
He also contributed to Marriott International, Lucknow, as a Duty Manager, and gained valuable experience as a Front Office Executive at Taj Hotels, New Delhi. Rahul’s commitment to guest service excellence was evident early in his career during his roles as a Guest Service Associate at JW Marriott Mussoorie and JW Marriott New Delhi. His foundational industry experience includes being a Trainee at Mansingh Hotel, where he began his journey in hospitality.
