Rajendra Kumar Gangwar Takes Charge as Human Resources Manager at Sarovar Hotels & Resorts

Sarovar Hotels & Resorts, Alambagh, is delighted to announce the appointment of Rajendra Kumar Gangwar as its new Human Resources Manager. With a solid foundation in HR operations and an extensive career in the hospitality sector, Rajendra is poised to bring valuable insights and strategic direction to the property’s HR functions.  

Rajendra previously served as Human Resources Manager at Radisson Lucknow City Center, where he demonstrated exceptional leadership in talent acquisition and employee engagement. Before this, he was Corporate Human Resources Manager at Supertech Hotels Pvt. Limited, Meerut, where he played a pivotal role in corporate-level HR strategy.  

His career also includes a successful tenure at The Clarks Hotels & Resorts, Moradabad, where he progressed from Assistant HR Manager to HR Manager, showcasing his ability to adapt and excel in dynamic environments. Additionally, he served as Assistant Manager Human Resources at Ashiyana Garden Pvt. Ltd., Jalor, and HR Executive at Clarks Amer, Jaipur, and Lords Hotels & Resorts. Rajendra’s early career highlights include his role as Senior HR Supervisor at Radisson Hotel Kandla, where he gained invaluable experience in overseeing HR operations.  

Rajendra holds an MBA from EIILM University, which has equipped him with the academic foundation to complement his professional expertise.
